We offer a comprehensive range of HVAC services including installation, maintenance, and repairs for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
For non-maintenance clients, our dispatch fee is $169. For our current maintenance clients, our dispatch fee is $129. Our dispatch fee does not go towards repair costs.
Yes! We have a HVAC Maintenance program and a Generator Maintenance Program. All maintenance clients receive 30% off all repairs (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Appliance), priority service, and more. Please see our Residential Preventive Maintenance page to learn more and sign up!

No, unfortunately, we do not service mobile homes, RVs, campers, or automobiles.

Unfortunately, no. Due to liability reasons, the homeowner must either call in to schedule the service appointment or give their permission that James River Air can service the home.
