James River Air Conditioning’s Commercial Service Department is comprised of many of the area’s top air conditioning and heating (HVAC) technicians. We also have commercial plumbers, electricians, and refrigeration technicians on staff.
Our team of experts specialize in system design and installation, maintenance, repair, testing and analysis for Commercial and Industrial applications. Since each client has different needs, objectives and financial requirements, we prefer to meet with you personally on how to best achieve building safety, comfort and energy efficiency.
Our commercial service offerings include, but are not limited to the following: heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, building automation, plumbing, electrical, backflow preventer testing, indoor air quality, Desert Aire systems (Certified Desert Aire Technician is on staff), and sheet metal fabrication.
We deploy a fleet of about 100 service vehicles in Richmond, Virginia and the surrounding areas. Our commercial service area primarily includes the Greater Richmond area, but we also extend to many surrounding areas, including Charlottesville, Petersburg, Fredericksburg, and Hampton Roads.
