Warehouse Ordering/Warranty Coordinator and Assistant Manager

Overview:
This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Because the duties and responsibilities of this position are in multiple areas, a broad base of knowledge is required, as well as a willingness to operate in multiple roles as situations dictate.
Essential Functions:
- Orders parts and replacements for upcoming projects
- Processes warranty contracts, returns, and tracking information
- Research mechanical parts and communicates needs to vendors
- Confirm order details by emailing or calling representatives
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas
- Completes purchase orders for materials, tools, or stock items
- Coordinates daily shipping/receiving details, including accurate documentation
- Occasionally assist with company events (set up and clean up)
- Supports warehouse manager with daily work assignments and ensures effective departmental operation.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to pass physical, background and drug screen (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills (required)
- Some HVAC and tool knowledge (preferred)
- Personal protective equipment must be worn (steel toe shoes required)
- Management experience (preferred)
- Computer skills and system navigation (required)
