Residential Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher

Overview:
As a member of our team, you are responsible for answering incoming client calls for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. They are also responsible for entering client data and working with clients to establish service calls.
Essential Functions:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual with excellent communication, organizational, and data entry skills. The Client Service Representative will be working with a diverse clientele in an exciting and welcoming environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer Phone Calls
- Assist with dispatching technicians
- Input technical service calls and confirm client details
- Generate sales leads and service opportunities
- Elevate and handle customers
- Provide appropriate solutions as needed
- Build trust and great client relationships
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Background screen and drug screen
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Schedule:
- In Office 3 days a week 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (in office)
- Saturday – Sunday 4:00 pm – 12:00 am (Remote – Stable Wi-Fi connection and quiet environment required)
- All initial training is onsite/in office
