Residential Client Service Representative

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls.
  • Input technical service calls and confirm client details
  • Generate sales leads and service opportunities
  • Elevate and handle customers
  • Provide appropriate solutions as needed
  • Build trust and great client relationships
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Schedule:

  • Weekday
  • Occasional Weekends

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, and stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and on rare occasions, move more than 25 pounds.
