Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls.
- Input technical service calls and confirm client details
- Generate sales leads and service opportunities
- Elevate and handle customers
- Provide appropriate solutions as needed
- Build trust and great client relationships
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Schedule:
- Weekday
- Occasional Weekends
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, and stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and on rare occasions, move more than 25 pounds.
