Essential Functions:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Complete residential plumbing services including all aspects of fresh water supply, filtration and sewage removal from home.
- Install various household appliances (garbage disposals, insta hots and gas ranges).
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and damaging leaks.
- Troubleshoot, propose solutions, and resolve homeowner concerns.
- Prepare and present upfront cost estimates.
- Locate and repair issues with water supply lines, faucets etc.
- Repair or replace broken drainage lines, and sewage pipes.
- Handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, sewer machine etc.).
- Tankless Water Heater maintenance, repair & installation.
- Provide the legendary Bow Tie Experience for our customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must possess a background and experience of plumbing and associated equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.
- 3-5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
- All successful candidates must be able to pass the required physical, background check and drug-screen.
