James River Air employs many of the area’s top heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical technicians. We understand that in order to keep them at the top of their field, we need to continually train them. We have developed a comprehensive training program that includes the following:
Annual Training Day – Each year, we hold an annual tool / training day. The entire day is dedicated to training, with classes taught by employees, manufacturers’ reps, and vendors. Subject matter ranges from basic field and safety practices to more advanced techniques for working with new technologies.
N.A.T.E. Certification – http://www.natex.org – North American Technician Excellence (NATE,) headquartered in Arlington, VA., was founded in 1997 and is the nation’s largest non-profit certification organization for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technicians.
