As a Residential Plumber Technician, you will perform diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing in residential environments. With the James River Air Conditioning Company commitment to customer service, you will address and resolve customer concerns. Other duties include assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water or drainage systems.
The Plumber provides a full range of plumbing installation, repair, and upgrade services in a residential settings. He or she must be able to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes in an efficient and professional manner.
The ideal candidate is a fully-licensed plumber and has three to five years of service experience. He or she must be familiar with all phases of residential plumbing services, drain cleaning, installations, ground work, boiler service and installations, and plumbing code. He or she must be committed to safety and must have solid interpersonal and customer service skills, good computer skills, and the physical ability to perform the requirements of the job.
