  • Although we are not officially running our Comfort & Safety promotion in 2015, we are always interested in finding ways to help those in need!

    If you'd like to submit a suggestion of someone that may need help, please fill out the below form, keeping mind the following:

    • - All nominations must be made online and must be submitted by a third party.
    • - Nominees must be in market area (30 miles around Richmond).
    • - Rental Properties do not qualify.
    • - We are unable to service campers, trailers, or portable systems (window units, etc.)
    • - Our goal is to help with small to medium plumbing, heating, or electrical problems only. Major renovations or repairs are not possible.
    • - Fuel and electricity: We are not able to pay power or fuel bills. Comfort & Safety is for small repairs to get people going; it is not a fuel assistance program.
    • - We will review all submissions and consider helping those that we feel would be a good fit.
