Currently seeking a confident, experienced sales professional to expand our sales efforts as a Commercial Sales Representative. This is an opportunity to work with Central Richmond’s commercial client base and grow with James River Air Conditioning! We’re looking for a savvy and aggressive sales prospector with B2B sales experience.

As a member of the James River Air Conditioning sales team, you’ll be given a designated territory, as well as extensive on-the-job training including HVAC industry specifics that are helpful to develop the knowledge base you’ll need to accomplish our mission…Delight Our Client! This position includes a solid base compensation package with a commission structure that is only limited to your ability to close the sale. We want to help you be successful while providing you with financial security.
