Residential Apprentice Plumber (Full Time)
The James River Air plumbing service team excels in diagnosing and resolving residential plumbing problems and customer related concerns. Our technicians and apprentices take pride in their trade and provide a wide range of plumbing services for our customers.

Essential Functions:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist plumbers with completing residential services including all aspects of fresh water supply, filtration and sewage removal from home.
- Help plumbers Install various household appliances (garbage disposals, insta hots and gas ranges).
- Assist with Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and damaging leaks.
- Support team with troubleshooting, proposing solutions, and resolving homeowner concerns.
- Help with repairing issues with water supply lines, faucets etc.
- Support team with repairing broken drainage lines, and sewage pipes.
- Assist with handling plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, sewer machine etc.).
- Provide the legendary Bow Tie Experience for our customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must possess a background and experience of plumbing and associated equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of plumbing experience preferred.
- All successful candidates must be able to pass the required physical, background check and drug-screen.
