Commercial Dispatcher and Service Coordinator

Essential Functions:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining daily/weekly schedule of residential / commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service teams.
- Coordinating, scheduling and communicating with customers
- Manage customer concerns and work to resolve issues efficiently
- Cross training in various departments
- Other assigned duties as directed by management.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years experience coordinating or dispatching.
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management, ability to multitask, and communication skills (written/verbal)
- Experience with computer scheduling system and MS suite (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being able to work in a team environment as necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- All successful candidates must be able to pass the required background check and drug-screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years HVAC industry experience
- Proven success working with multiple levels of customers (internal and external)
- Proven success increasing schedule efficiency and productivity
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 8 AM – 5 PM
