In this case, we replaced a 200,000 BTU furnace set up with a more efficient, properly sized 90,000 BTU furnace.  It frees up space and saves the homeowner on their utility bills!

On a recent inspection of one of our contract customer’s gas furnace, we found a cracked heat exchanger.  After sending out another technician to verify the diagnosis, we recommended replacing the unit with a new, smaller, more efficient one since the old furnace was over 20 years old!
