Homeowners kept James River’s people busy on the phones answering questions about heating, electrical, and plumbing problems.
The special Call 12 provided an encore for James River Air “Comfort & Safety” campaign which asked people to tell the story of someone who could not afford to fix a home services problem. James River has been offering no-cost or low-cost repairs for as many needy families as they can.
James River Air’s Comfort & Safety Program was featured recently on WRIC Channel 8’s 5:00 news broadcast. See video below for the story of one of the beneficiaries of this program.
