Owners' Vision
Buying a residential or commercial heating and cooling system is a confusing, difficult
task for most consumers. Let's face it, heat pumps, and furnaces don't just "come
out of the box" and work. They require precise engineering,
installation, commissioning and operational set up. That is why you need a contractor like
James River Heating and Air Conditioning. |

Many consumers sometimes become confused after system
selection and during the budgetary process because they begin to focus only on the
installed cost of the system and not installation scope and the
quality of the installing contractor. Everyone wants the lowest price on a system, it's
human nature, but don't get fooled by an up-front low price. Many important items could be
omitted and you may end up paying for them later. Work with your contractor and focus, not
only on the price, but the scope, the contractor, the specified product, and the materials
and the service you will receive after the sale. Then, buy from the contractor you trust
the most. Our vision is to be that contractor. |
